Packages starting at $40 for remote notarizations and $65 for in-person signings. All rates include New Jersey statutory fees plus travel or session costs — no surprises.

Common questions answered

What should I bring to my appointment?

A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, etc.). If documents aren't finalized, bring what you have and we'll work from there.

How long does a notarization take?

Most appointments take 15–30 minutes depending on the number of documents and signers.

What documents can you notarize?

General documents (affidavits, powers of attorney, etc.), real estate deeds, mortgages, loan documents, and more. If you're unsure, just ask.

Do you offer remote notarization?

Yes. Remote Online Notarization (RON) is available for most services via secure video session. You'll need a smartphone or computer with a camera, microphone, and stable internet.

What's your service area?

I provide in-person mobile services throughout Northern New Jersey, including East Hanover, Florham Park, Whippany, Livingston, and surrounding towns. Remote notarization is available locally and nationwide.

Can you notarize documents for multiple people at the same appointment?

Yes, as long as each person has their own valid ID and needs their own notarial certificate. Additional signers are +$10 each.

Do you offer same-day appointments?

Often yes, but availability varies. Contact me as soon as possible. Rush service may apply (+$20).
